• Terms of return  ~ Refund up to 10 days after receipt of product.
• State of return ~ undamaged and sellable condition shipped using original packaging.
• Process for return ~ Contact us at lamps@bamboocreationsmaui.com to set up return options, we can send a FedEx return label.
• Process of refund ~ upon return receipt we will refund product minus half of the  return shipping costs.
